Currently 2015...

I've been meaning to link up with  Farley at Oh Boy Fourth Grade for a very long time! Since one of my New Year's resolutions, again, is to blog more often, this seemed like the perfect way to get things rolling in 2015!

Tonight, I became a Ducks fan!

I have LOVED my holiday time with my family in Florida. It was very much needed! This school year has given me some twists and turns that I did not expect.

So many things to do, so little time to get them done.

I'm like everyone else, wanting more time off.

I DEFINITELY need to get back to blogging. It's a long story for another time.

Yes...After break, I'm going back to carb cycling.
Maybe...I've been thinking about going back to school for my specialist and doctorate.
I wish...I could go into leadership because I just read an article about why new teachers aren't staying in education. But honestly, I am a teacher's teacher! I will always be on the side of the teacher.

Well, I finally did it!

Not only that, I have started out on the right blogging foot for the new year!

Best Wishes to everyone for an AWESOME 2015!

It's SO great you're thinking of going back to school! Go for it! It is definitely helpful to have leaders that support the teachers. I have a feeling that with all these laws going into effect with state testing and the common core we will be losing more teachers. It's a shame. Good luck to you!!

I have the same resolution as you! I need to blog more often!!! Your blog is adorable. I love your idea of taking on a leadership role. My school board has created a new teachers leadership program. I wish they had one around when I started teaching.

If you are thinking about going back to school you should DO IT! Teachers are life long learners. I wish we had more professional development/courses that were offered to further our education. Good luck in making your decision. I also want to blog more. When I first started out I blogged all the time but my goal now would be to blog once a week. l hope you have a great year!
